We have two 8'x8' Olympic lifting platforms, each equipped with an Eleiko bar and Eleiko bumper plates; we also have an IronMind Vulcan squat rack, a Slater strongman log, plus all the typical strength equipment you find at most gyms and more! Pulling/jerking blocks coming soon...


The club fee is currently $200/3 months (quarterly), payable on the first of each quarter, cash or check.

The gym fee (Complete Body at 19th Street) is $72/month, paid separately directly to the gym.

Both of these fees must be paid in order to join the weightlifting club. The total fee comes to approximately $135/month.

We have members of all levels, including some who compete now in Olympic Weightlifting and/or Powerlifting meets, and others who have competed in prior years. We are fortunate that one of the founders of the club has trained with and has current access to some world class lifters and coaches, and he guides most of the club's training sessions.

We welcome beginners and provide friendly, informal coaching if interested.

Membership will initially be capped at 30 members so that we retain a "club atmosphere," and to ensure our platforms don't become too crowded. Contact us quickly if you are interested!

We are looking for long term members who have a good, positive attitude, earnestly want to improve their lifts, are humble, and who are encouraging to the other members.

Understand that we are a club, not a business. The atmosphere of the club is very important to us and if you bring a negative attitude and disrespect the equipment/other individuals, we reserve the right to ask you to leave. Our goal is for all of our lifters to get stronger and have fun.
